made everything so easy and our overall experience was fantastic. I have

Great Service Today
I just wanted to email and thank you for your great service
today. You picked up my Ford Fiesta and updated the Infotainment system and it
now seems to connect to my Android phone and make phone calls. Hopefully it
will continue to work reliably.

Honest and friendly garage
The staff at the garage are always friendly, and their servicing prices are reasonable. They are honest on whether work is necessary on the vehicle, and they hand the car back in a very clean condition.

No Hard Sell
Hello Jacob,
Thank you for your assistance in purchasing the Ford Fiesta. You made the process hassle free and I felt that, whilst you
offered the extra options such as gap insurance, I did not feel under any
obligation and you did not try the hard sell others try. I felt at ease during the process and believe that I ended
up with a good price and a fair deal. You explained the car systems very well and took the time to
help me pair my phone to the car.The car was ready at the agreed time and the handover of my
part ex went smoothly.The additional work had been carried out and parts were
installed as promised. I have already commented to others on the good
customer experience I received.
It is decidedly possible that I will be back when I want to
change vehicles.

Professional Administration
Having just recently taken delivery of a used Mondeo I need to commend Buckingham Ford on the professional administration of the sale. From initial enquiry through
the stages of inspecting the car, arranging finance, and timetabling the
delivery, all aspects were handled sensitively and efficiently. All in all a

I Drove Away A Happy Customer
In June 1998 on the recommendations of a friend, i purchased a fiesta Ghia from Buckingham Ford. Jeff Lawrence was the salesman and i still have my order form and invoice.
My next purchase was from James and i met Irene from the upstairs office. Between them all the paperwork was sorted and i drove away a happy customer. So it has continued over the years with other purchases.
It is correct that a satisfied customer will return as this car today is my eighth from you. Once again, many thanks to everyone concerned for all their efforts, as together we go further.
