Great Service Today

I just wanted to email and thank you for your great service today. You picked up my Ford Fiesta and updated the Infotainment system and it now seems to connect to my Android phone and make phone calls. Hopefully it will continue to work reliably.

Hello Jacob,

Thank you for your assistance in purchasing the Ford Fiesta. You made the process hassle free and I felt that, whilst you offered the extra options such as gap insurance, I did not feel under any obligation and you did not try the hard sell others try. I felt at ease during the process and believe that I ended up with a good price and a fair deal. You explained the car systems very well and took the time to help me pair my phone to the car.The car was ready at the agreed time and the handover of my part ex went smoothly.The additional work had been carried out and parts were installed as promised. I have already commented to others on the good customer experience I received.

I Drove Away A Happy Customer

When collecting the car all the instrumentation was explained clearly and although there were some aspects that needed further explanation, this was done quickly and fully.
